Charles, the founder and CEO of Empact Technologies, leverages his 30 years of energy and technology experience to lead the top provider of compliance and risk management solutions for the clean energy sector, combining proprietary SaaS technology and professional services to help projects meet federal and state requirements, such as PWA, domestic content, and other incentives, with over 13 GW of solar, storage, wind, and RNG projects under contract; previously, as head of AETI, a NASDAQ-listed company, he pioneered the industry’s first 1000V 1MW solar inverter and wind converter products and led its solar construction and Davis Bacon municipal construction businesses.

Chief operations officer

E.B. has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry and brings his expertise as a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager to the team.  Prior to Empact, E.B. was SVP of project execution delivery team for Energy Vault, an energy storage company. Prior to Energy Vault, E.B. held numerous leadership positions designing and building power projects globally at Mott MacDonald, Worley Parsons, Jacobs and Powerplant Consultants, Inc. E.B. holds a BS, Mechanical-Power/Economics from California State Polytechnic University – Pomona and has completed coursework for an MBA Technology Management from The University of Phoenix.

Chief financial officer

Thanh, Chief Financial Officer of Empact Technologies, brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience scaling high-growth SaaS companies across complex and regulated environments. Most recently as CFO at Graylog, he built and scaled the entire back-office function, transforming the company into a leading next-gen SIEM solution with over 35% five-year CAGR. Prior to Graylog, he held senior finance and treasury roles at PROS and Alert Logic, where he drove significant revenue growth and played key roles in M&A and capital funding initiatives.

Vice President of Revenue

Trish Graf, Vice President of Revenue at Empact Technologies, where she leads enterprise revenue growth and customer expansion for the company’s AI-powered compliance platform.  She brings over two decades of experience scaling revenue across clean energy, infrastructure, and enterprise technology businesses, with a track record of building commercial organizations through rapid growth. Trish has built multi-gigawatt commercial pipelines across distributed energy, grid-adjacent infrastructure, and advanced energy platforms, translating complex technical solutions into repeatable, enterprise-scale revenue. Prior to Empact, Trish held senior revenue and sales leadership roles at Omnidian, Ohmium, and bp, where she led high-performing teams, closed complex enterprise agreements, and drove growth across global energy portfolios. She is known for her operator mindset and disciplined approach to scaling revenue in regulated, infrastructure-heavy markets.

Rob Reiner

Chief Technology Officer

Rob Reiner, Empact Technologies’ Fractional Chief Technology Officer, leads the Product Management and Engineering teams, leveraging over 30 years of enterprise software experience to drive the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. Previously, he served as CTO at PROS (2016–2022), overseeing product management, development, data science, customer support, and cloud operations, and co-founded ITinvolve in 2011, delivering an innovative ITSM platform before its acquisition in 2015. Earlier in his career, Rob served as CTO at Attachmate/NetIQ and also held senior engineering and leadership roles at BMC Software, and Kinesix contributing to mission-critical software used across enterprise IT and aerospace programs.

VP Strategy & Partnerships

Alan Cordova, VP of Strategy & Partnerships at Empact Technologies, leads labor and supply chain compliance solutions for the energy sector, working with stakeholders like banks, law firms, and accounting firms to ensure over 11 GW of projects meet the Inflation Reduction Act’s prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements. With over 15 years of experience in project development, finance, strategy, and services at firms including EDP Renewables, NRG Energy, Clearway Energy, Fluence, Boston Consulting Group, and Ever.green, he holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
